Anchor Boating Instruction

PERSONALIZED BOATING INSTRUCTION FROM A SEASONED, EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL.

A Boat/Yacht Professional since 1977.

Both new and experienced boat owners have questions from time to time. This is a world where you truly “never stop learning.” The “Dock Committee” at your marina is likely very enthusiastic and willing to offer advice and input. Each one has figured out the challenges surrounding their own boat and docking situation, but they may not be capable of offering advice from the perspective of a well-seasoned expert. Maybe you’ve taken a structured class, ashore or afloat, but you don’t feel comfortable on your own boat. Allow me to bring almost fifty years of experience to your cockpit or wheelhouse. Together we can assess your skills and abilities and design a plan to help you become both confident and competent at docking, boat handling, navigation, and more. Learn on your own boat in a relaxed, informal manner at your own pace. From a one-time clinic to a season of periodic instructional sessions, we can structure a program that works for you. Starting off on your Great Loop Adventure? I can spend the first few days or weeks with you until your comfortable. Protect yourself, protect your asset, but more important, protect your family, friends and guests who trust you with their safety. Take a look around my website and get a feel for what I’ve accomplished and what I offer.
